This checklist is meant to assist organizations in setting up a solid baseline from which they will be able to begin using SafeBase's AI Questionnaire Assistance Tooling (AIQA).
Upload Key Documents to Document Library
AIQA parses and pulls information from the content uploaded into the Document Library. The more content added, means the more sources that can be pulled to answer questionnaires.

Upload Most Valuable Content to the Knowledge Base
Add the most common types of customer questionnaires
Add previously completed Customer Questionnaires
Important Things to Remember When Uploading to KB
Questionnaires need to have lots of comments
Upload content that teams have spent time/collaborated on cross-functionally
Questionnaires from regulated industries such as financial, government, and healthcare institutions generally contain the best content.
Remove customer names.
Use find and replace all with the word "
Customer"
Remove question numbers before the question. This makes the KB look cleaner.
Remove trailing instructions following a question.
For example: OneTrust exports typically have a, βDo you have an Incident Response Policy? (Single Selection Allowed, Justification Allowed)β.
