Overview
Give Trust Center visitors the answers they need, fast. AI Search for Trust Center introduces an AI‑powered search bar that lets customers zero‑in on the right security information without the need to wade through every page of a Trust Center.
Availability
The new Search mode will be available for all organizations, but the Ask AI feature is exclusive to organizations on the following paid SafeBase plans: Foundation Growth, Advanced, or Enterprise.

Public visitors get keyword search across Trust Center Items and Trust Center Updates

Both modes always respect Permission Profiles assigned to the visitor’s account. No answer or result includes content that the visitor cannot access.

Enable Ask AI in the Trust Center
If Generative AI in SafeBase is enabled, this setting will be on by default.
Navigate to Settings → Generative AI.
Make sure that the setting called Show “Ask AI” in Trust Center is toggled On.
The Ask AI tab will now appear for all logged‑in visitors, respecting their Permission Profiles.
The new search bar can be tested in Preview Mode in order to test functionality from a certain Account or Permission Profile.
