Overview
The AI Feature Item allows organizations to highlight and describe their AI-powered features, products, or capabilities within their Trust Center. It provides a structured way to share transparent and detailed information about how AI is used, helping customers and reviewers understand functionality, models, and safeguards.
Where to find it
Trust Center users can add an AI Feature Item within the AI Card in the Trust Center. By default, users will have one empty AI Feature item. Additional AI Feature items can be added by clicking the “+ Custom Item” button at the bottom of the AI card. When custom items are created on the AI card it can be configured such that it is identical to the default AI Feature item.
