Overview
The Questionnaire Lifecycle view introduces a status-based way to organize every questionnaire in the Trust Center.
Instead of looking at one long list, users can now see questionnaires grouped by where they are in the review process, from Not Started through Completed, and quickly spot anything that is overdue.
Alongside this, a new My Questions view gives each user a personal workspace that surfaces only the questions assigned to them across all in-flight questionnaires, so reviewers can focus on their own work without filtering through the full account.
Together, these views replace the single flat questionnaire table and add a new question-level status (Ready For Review) that makes the handoff between editor and approver explicit.

Catch overdue work early
Any questionnaire past its due date in Not Started, In Progress, or Ready For Review surfaces in the Overdue count automatically.
Make the editor-to-approver handoff explicit
The new Ready For Review question status signals that a question has been edited and is ready for a final check before approval.

My Questions filters down to just the questions assigned to the logged-in user, scoped to active questionnaires only.

Prerequisites
Please be aware of the current perquisites to fully use this feature:
The new Questionnaire Lifecycle view must be turned on before it appears.
Until then, users will continue to see the legacy single-table view.
My Questions only shows questionnaires that are currently In Progress or Ready For Review.
Not Started, Completed, and Archived questionnaires are intentionally excluded.
AIQA answering must be kicked off for a questionnaire to move out of Not Started.
The transition to In Progress happens automatically once AIQA begins answering.
No Setup Needed
There is no end-user configuration required. Once the feature is enabled for the Trust Center, the Lifecycle view becomes the default when opening the Questionnaires nav. Users can switch between views at any time using the grouping control.
In the Trust Center, navigate to Questionnaires
Confirm that the page defaults to the status-grouped view.
If it does not, use the grouping control in the top-right of the table to switch from “All Questionnaires” to the status breakdown.
Optional: switch back to the flat “All Questionnaires” view at any time using the same control.

When users land on Questionnaires, they will see every questionnaire in the Trust Center organized by status. Across the top of the page, status cards show how many questionnaires are in each bucket.
Questionnaire statuses
Not Started - The questionnaire has been added to SafeBase but AIQA answering has not been run yet.
In Progress - AIQA answering has been started and the questionnaire is being worked through.
Ready For Review - Every question in the questionnaire is in either a Ready For Review or Approved state and is awaiting final completion.
Completed - The questionnaire is finished.
Overdue - Not a separate state, but a count. Any questionnaire in Not Started, In Progress, or Ready For Review whose due date has passed is included.
Working in the status table
Each status bucket can be expanded to reveal the questionnaires inside it. The table itself has been updated:
The old colored progress bar has been replaced with two columns: total question count and percentage answered.
Kicking off AIQA answering on a Not Started questionnaire automatically moves it to In Progress.
Ready For Review buckets contain only questionnaires whose questions are all in Ready For Review or Approved status.
Question-level statuses inside a questionnaire
Open any questionnaire to see the new Status column on each question. Two question-level statuses are now available:
Ready For Review - Users can use this once they have finished editing a question but it is not fully approved yet.
It signals that the question has been looked at, has been edited, and is ready for a final check before completion.Approved — The question is finalized.
