Overview
SafeBase Trust Center Enterprise Implementation is a guided onboarding experience designed to help customers launch their Trust Center, configure key workflows, and prepare for long-term success with their implementation team. The implementation is structured around four workshops that move from planning and setup through validation and handoff.
What to expect
Across four workshops, team will work with SafeBase to align on goals, review and organize content, configure key settings and integrations, and prepare for go-live. The process is intended to help customers build a strong Trust Center foundation while also supporting related work streams such as AIQA, NDA workflows, permissions, and launch readiness when those are in scope.
Workshop 1: Kickoff, goals, and content scoping
The first workshop focuses on alignment. During this session, the implementation team works with the customer to confirm business objectives, target launch timing, and overall implementation scope across Trust Center and AIQA. The team also outlines what content should be gathered and where it should be uploaded so the customer can begin building their content foundation with clarity.
Who should attend:
GRC as the primary stakeholder
The SafeBase admin
How to prepare:
Identify primary business objectives and target launch timeline
Be ready to discuss priorities across SafeBase, Drata, Trust Center, and AIQA
Confirm any desired integrations
Be prepared to share common questionnaire types teams receive
Workshop 2: Content review and initial Trust Center build
The second workshop centers on content readiness and the initial Trust Center draft. In this session, the implementation team reviews uploaded materials, identifies any gaps, and guides the customer through building an initial draft of their Trust Center. If AIQA is included, this workshop may also introduce the basics of questionnaire automation and begin the first feedback loop using existing knowledge base content.
Who should attend:
GRC
How to prepare:
Upload targeted documents to the Documents tab and map them to the correct products
Upload at least one or two previously completed questionnaires into the Knowledge Base with question, answer, and comment fields populated
Begin any SSO or SCIM prerequisites if those integrations are in scope
Workshop 3: Integrations, workflows, and go-live simulation
The third workshop focuses on configuration and operational readiness. This session is used to set up core integrations, define NDA workflows, review roles and permissions, and validate any automation that is part of the implementation scope. The team may also cover systems such as SSO, SCIM, CRM, storage, or collaboration tools depending on the customer’s environment and priorities. A key outcome of this workshop is an end-to-end go-live simulation, which allows the team to test the customer experience, validate access request workflows, and confirm that the Trust Center is ready for external use.
Who should attend:
GRC
IT Admin
RevOps or CRM owner, if relevant to the implementation scope
How to prepare:
Ensure IT admin and any CRM or RevOps stakeholders can attend
Complete any remaining content uploads and Knowledge Base updates from Workshop 2
Review the initial Trust Center draft before the session
If applicable, bring any questionnaires completed since the previous workshop for review
Workshop 4: Implementation review and handoff
The final workshop is a short implementation review and handoff. In this session, the team recaps what was delivered, reviews early outcomes, and aligns on the next phase of ownership. This includes confirming how the customer and their Customer Success Manager will partner on ongoing optimization after onboarding is complete.
Who should attend:
GRC
Sales lead, optionally
How to prepare:
Review live usage of the Trust Center and AIQA, if applicable
Gather internal feedback on early buyer interactions
Confirm who will own ongoing optimization topics after implementation
This handoff helps transition the customer from implementation into long-term success, with clarity on ownership, follow-up cadence, and future opportunities to improve Trust Center performance and usage.
Outcome of the enterprise implementation
By the end of the enterprise implementation, customers should have a clear Trust Center foundation, a reviewed set of content, configured workflows and integrations based on scope, and a go-forward plan for continued optimization. The four-workshop structure is designed to create alignment early, reduce launch friction, and support a smooth transition into ongoing adoption.
