Once you click on the Intercom logo, you will see a pop up as shown below.
From here, you will be able to ask questions, report an issue and search for help articles. Our dedicated Customer Support Team will reply to your question or issue right away.
You can view help articles in one of two ways
Option 1: Directly on the webpage
Option 2: Full page within our Help Center
Clicking "Open in the help center" will take you to our Help Center where you can search for help articles and view all of our help article collections broken out my product module.
