This article provides a guide to SafeBase Support, including available contact channels and clear instructions on how to submit a ticket or receive assistance.
How to Contact Support
Visitors and customers can access our live chat and help center features by clicking the chat button on the bottom right of the Trust Center.
Upon clicking, you will see a pop-up as shown below:
From here, you can ask questions, report an issue, and search for help articles. Our dedicated Customer Support Team will reply to your question or issue right away.

Tickets can be tracked at your ticketing hub

Submitting a New Ticket
For certain requests, including integration setups, you can submit a ticket directly through the Live Chat using the panel at the bottom of the Home tab.
Please note that you must provide any prerequisites in the Ticket Submission Form before the Ticket can be submitted.
Troubleshooting
If you are logged into https://app.safebase.io and don't see our live chat icon, or are getting a "Recaptcha Failed" error message, you may need to disable any extensions or features that may be blocking third-party cookies or trackers.
This includes extensions such as PrivacyBadger, NoScript, and the Strict mode on Firefox.
Cookies and scripts will need to be allowed for the following sites:
*.safebase.io*.app.safebase.io*.recaptcha.net
If you are unable to allow cookies or scripts for the above sites, we recommend using a different web browser or reaching out to support@safebase.io for further assistance.
