Quickly chat with a customer when they have a question about a specific topic on your Security Portal

We make interacting with your customers easy and you can watch the full process below:

Security Portal viewers with private access will have the option to ask a question and start a private one on one conversation with your team. If you have your notifications turn on from your Settings tab, you will get an email notification for every response from your customer.

Your customer will be able to click on a security card and type their question or comment as shown below.

You will receive an email notification showing that a customer has left a comment on a specific card within your Security Portal.

From the Conversations tab, click on the comment to view and respond as needed. That user will now get an email notification and can continue the private conversation.
