Conversations Feature

Learn how to use the conversations feature, or disable the feature if desired.

You are able to toggle on or off the ability for users to ask questions about your security content once they've received private access to your Security Portal.

Step by Step Instructions

From the Security Portal tab, click the gear icon in the top right corner as shown below.

Toggle on or off "Enable Conversations" and then click "Save".

Now Security Portal viewers with private access will have the option to ask a question and start a private one on one conversation with your team. If you have your notifications turn on from your Settings tab, you will get an email notification for every response from your customer.

Your customer will be able to click on a security card and type their question or comment as shown below.

You will receive an email notification showing that a customer has left a comment on a specific card within your Security Portal.

From the Conversations tab, click on the comment to view and respond as needed. That user will now get an email notification and can continue the private conversation.
