Individual organization members can control whether they receive email notifications.

Navigating to your profile menu in the top-right corner and selecting "Profile & Preferences" will give you the ability to adjust your email preferences

Turning off notifications will turn off email notifications for access requests and conversations from your customers. This toggle does not effect notifications sent through Slack to the designated channel.
