Adding Featured Documents

Feature your top requested documents so they can be easily found by prospects and customers

Featured documents appear first on your Documents card, and are marked as particularly significant. Consider featuring your top requested documents or your most sales-enabling ones, so that they cannot be missed.

Step 1

Navigate to the Security Portal tab in the SafeBase app, click on the 3 dots next in the upper righthand corner of the Documents section and select "Pick Featured Documents"

Step 2

Check the box next to the items you want to be featured on your Security Portal. Click the "Save" button.

Step 3

The selected documents will now be:

  • The first items shows in the Documents section

  • Documents will be prominent due to increased shading around the document item
