Overview

SafeBase's data warehouse sync is secure, easy, and saves valuable development time. It sends your key SafeBase data directly to your Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, S3, or most other data warehouses. A list of available destinations can be found here.

The integration requires a simple initial no-code connection.

After the initial setup, data will be synced once per hour. Event tables (e.g., Status Page Viewed, Status Page File Downloads) are refreshed once per hour, object tables (e.g., Accounts, Access Requests) are refreshed once per day.

Note: The Data Warehouse sync feature is exclusive to our Enterprise plan, as an add-on feature. Please contact us if you'd like to learn more.

Configuration

Customers will provide SafeBase with a database host address and type of database. This will be used to create a secure, bespoke magic link unique to the individual organization via Prequel (the service SafeBase utilizes for this feature).

The link will direct organizations to an onboarding wizard to begin configuration. Orgs will be required to select a database type and submit database connection information.

The connection requires organizations to provide a limited service account that can write to a specific dataset/database.

Data will be synchronized to the designated database at the top of the next hour.
