Here at SafeBase we strive to provide as many options as possible for customers to showcase their trust programs. In some cases, you may find that our out-of-the-box cards don't quite fit what you need to share with your customers.
For these situations, you can upload custom items in the Documents card.
Navigate to the Security Portal of the app:
Scroll down to the Documents card:
Click on the menu button on the upper right, followed by Edit.
Scroll all the way down until you see the Add Custom Item option.
You will now be able to add one or more new items of your choice, including a title, description, and 1 or more files.
Note: at this point in time custom items require at least 1 file attachment.
Hit the Save button at the top to complete your upload. You will now see the custom item in the Documents card. If you wish, you can also choose to feature this item.
