Troubleshooting - reCAPTCHA Failure

If you have received a reCAPTCHA error while requesting access to a Trust Center, please take a moment to try a few of these troubleshooting steps:

  • Turn off or add the Trust Center URL, e.g., "trust.safebase.io," to any privacy or ad-blocking plugins.

  • Turn off your VPN.

    • We understand that this may be difficult for some who have a corporate VPN turned on by default, but this is known to cause odd behavior and cause the reCAPTCHA failure.

  • Use Chrome, Edge, or Safari as a web browser.

    • Privacy-centric browsers such as Brave, Talon, or even Firefox might result in an error.

  • Do not auto-fill your email/information.

    • Popular extensions and password managers that auto-fill information may result in an error.

  • Explicitly allow cookies and scripts from *.recaptcha.net

    • Instructions will vary by browser or software.
