✅ AI Questionnaire Assistance Updates

[AIQA] Knowledge Base Matching Settings

What it is: AIQA users can now control how "similar" a Knowledge Base (KB) entry must be to a new question to be considered an exact match.

Why we built it: Customers have different preferences for how often a Knowledge Base entry should be copied to answer a question. By default, we apply a "strict" matching threshold. This means that less exact matches will happen, but when they do, they are typically excellent answers.

Prefer to have more things copied directly from the Knowledge Base? Change this setting to "Normal" or "Relaxed". This will result in more questions being answered directly from your Knowledge Base.

We recommend loosening this setting one at a time. As you loosen the matching threshold, there is a chance that responses copied from your Knowledge Base will not be a perfect response to the given question.

New Tutorial: Getting started with AI Questionnaire Assistance

For customers who haven’t yet used AI Questionnaire Assistance (AIQA), our new in-app onboarding tutorial walks you through the steps needed to launch. Our questionnaire landing page will help you set up your datastore. AI Questionnaire Assistance will then use your datastore to generate responses. Without a datastore, AIQA runs will fail.

Check out new generative AI features

You can now turn generative AI off or on from your organization settings panel. This feature must be turned on to use AI Questionnaire Assistance and will be needed to use future AI features. Note: AI Questionnaire Assistance runs are disabled until this setting is turned on.

✅ Features and Functionality Updates

Document Engagement Analytics Dashboard - Beta

You can now tailor reports on specific document views and downloads (i.e. for all SOC2 documents) as well as external and internal engagement in the new Documents analytics dashboard in SafeBase. View engagement by account or at the contact level.

💡 Interested in joining Beta? Contact your CSM.

[Improvement] Enterprise Analytics Fine Tuning

You can now filter the Revenue and Deals and Trust Center Adoption charts by deal closed dates and filter Customers Served: Trust Center vs Security Questionnaires charts by account created dates. Additionally, Total Deal Revenue by Customer Type is now powered by the deal object vs the account. We’ve also enabled underlying data to be exposed across all charts for better transparency in reporting.

[Improvement] Search by Email/Name in Accounts

Interested in which Accounts are exploring your Trust Center or looking for someone based on which company they work for? You can now search Account tables by email domain. This feature is also useful for finding account members by email, such as when processing data deletion requests.

[Improvement] Integration Connections Can Now Be Renamed in Settings

Setting up multiple connections as you integrate other platforms to SafeBase? You can now apply custom names to each integration connection to stay organized and navigate quickly. Available for SFDC, Dynamics, and Jira.

[Improvement] Slack Questionnaire Notification Directs to New Questionnaire Page with Filter of Assignment

Our Slack integration is even smarter and more efficient! On questionnaire assignment, the 'Go to question' and 'Go to SafeBase' buttons in the Slack notification now directs users to the new Questionnaire page with the filter of assignment already applied — streamlined and efficient!

[Improvement] Support Rules Engine Visualizations in App for Auto-Decline

Keep track of NDA workflow status with the expansion of Rules Engine visualizations in the Settings page for Auto-Approve, Override NDA and new support visualization for Auto-Decline.

✅ Trust Center Updates

[Improvement] New 'Last Trust Center Visit' filter on Won Deals dashboard

Want to demonstrate the correlation between revenue and Trust Center activity? You can now filter Won Deals based on the last Trust Center visit date by accounts. Customers may want to do this if they want to demonstrate a stronger correlation with revenue and Trust Center activity.
