How it works
Start with a search query → get results from across your Trust Library (powered by AI semantic search...not just keywords anymore)
Click “Ask AI” → generate an answer directly from your content (powered by generative AI)
Review and then copy/paste as needed—simple and powerful
TO NOTE:
This search experience is for SafeBase admin app users NOT Trust Center Visitors (AI-enabled search on the Trust Center is coming soon)
Customers must have generative AI enabled in their environment to use the Ask AI feature. Go to Settings to turn it on.
Only paying customers have access to "Ask AI". Free-tier customers can still use the improved search experience but will not be able to use the "Ask AI" option.
New version of the SafeBase Chrome Extension (1.14.4)
Production version should be automatically updated for customers using this feature. which includes fixes for Service Now and Prevalent portals! The production version should already be updated for customers automatically
