Knowledge Base (KB) Suggestions
SafeBase Knowledge Base (KB) makes it easier to capture and reuse manual questionnaire responses, without sacrificing quality.
Note: This feature is currently in beta. To get access, please contact your SafeBase account team to have it enabled.
Why it matters
Some teams split responsibility between answering questionnaires and maintaining the KB. Without a way to bridge that gap, valuable responses often go unused. KB Suggestions closes the loop by allowing all users to submit their work while giving KB owners full control over what gets published.

Rules Engine Now Supports NDA Checks in Ironclad
For Enterprise customers, the Rules Engine can now check your Ironclad instance to verify if a customer has signed an NDA, reducing manual work in the access request process.
What’s New
SafeBase can now check customer Ironclad instances for signed NDAs
Checks are based on the signer’s email or email domain
Helps reduce manual NDA verification when granting Trust Center access

Rules Engine Enhancements
For Enterprise customers, enhanced Rules Engine simplifies automation for complex CRM setups, including accounts tied to multiple products. These updates are especially helpful when product data is stored in a single field with delimiters.
What’s New
Automatically assign multiple permission profiles to an account (previously limited to one)
Parse fields containing multiple values (e.g. "Product A | Product B | Product C")

HubSpot Now Supported in CRM Permission Checker
