You can quickly Import multiple Accounts to your SafeBase instance in the Accounts page. This can be useful if you are migrating from a different Trust Center platform, or have a significant number of existing customers that you know will need access to your Trust Center.
Note: If you are leveraging our Salesforce or HubSpot auto approval features, this may not be necessary if your customer information is well organized. In this scenario, SafeBase can dynamically check your CRM for Account information, reducing the need to import them ahead of time.
Navigate to the Accounts page and find the Import Accounts button.
You will see an option to Import Accounts and to Import Account Members.
Import Accounts is used to first add the customers/prospects as Accounts in SafeBase. We recommend doing this step first.
Import Account Members is used to associate individual users as Account Members for existing Accounts in SafeBase. We recommend doing this step after all the Accounts have been imported.
