Overview
Once an account has been created in SafeBase, additional users can be invited manually to the account.
Invitation Steps
Navigate to the Accounts page in the left bar, then select the customer / prospect account.
Click on the
+button in the Account Members section:
Fill in the user's name and email
A personalized note can also be added to the body of the invitation email
Click on
Add account memberto send the email invite
The user will now appear in the Account Members table as an approved user and receive an invitation email to access the Trust Center.
What Customers See
The invited user will receive an email with a magic link where they can click to gain access to the Trust Center; a user name/password is not required.
If someone from the organization has already signed the NDA, then the magic link will take the user directly to the private Trust Center.
If the NDA has not yet been signed, the user will be prompted to sign it before proceeding to the private Trust Center.
