Overview
The Trust Center's Jira integration allows organizations to sync access requests and questionnaire uploads as Tasks in a Jira Cloud project.
Note: This integration does not support Jira on-prem
Setup
As a Trust Center admin, navigate to the Integrations Tab of the Settings page.
Find the Jira in the Ticketing section and click Connect
A window to created a new Jira authentication will be shown
Enter a Jira Site URL.
This is the URL used to login to Jira. e.g. https://company.atlassian.net
Ensure https:// is added to the URL
Click Create,
An OAuth authorization popup will appear, click Accept to continue.
If the connection was successful, proceed by clicking Next.
Configure settings for both Access Request and Questionnaire Submitted.
Select a Project and Issue Type.
Optional: Select an Assignee.
Click on Finish to complete the setup.
The connection will be displayed as Connected
Trust Center access request and questionnaire submission events will now be created as new Jira tasks
Troubleshooting
If an endless gray indicator in the dropdown areas, this might mean that the Jira Site URL was entered incorrectly.
Return to the previous screen and try to reconnect the instance.
