Overview

As organizations migrate content into SafeBase's Knowledge Base (FAQ), the SafeBase team would like to provide key tips to help structure content & information effectively.

Following these guidelines will ensure a seamless transition and enhance an organization's AIQA outcomes.

Content Structure: Question, Answer, Comment Format

  • Question: Each question should be clearly stated and designed to require either a simple confirmation or a detailed response.

    • Close-ended questions require yes, no, or N/A responses.

    • Open-ended questions invite a narrative response.

  • Answer:

    • For close-ended questions, provide straightforward yes, no, or N/A responses.

    • For open-ended questions, offer a detailed, narrative answer without needing additional comments.

  • Comment:

    • Close-ended: Expand on answers.
If “Yes,” elaborate; if “No,” mention compensating controls; if “N/A,” explain the non-applicability.

    • Open-ended: No comment is needed, and the narrative answer is sufficient.

Best Practices for Content Migration

  • Generalize Content

    • Avoid specifics like dates or customer names.

    • This keeps responses relevant and widely applicable.

  • Link to Trusted Sources

    • Refer to the organization’s Trust Center or source for further information when possible.

  • Update Only Relevant Content

    • To maintain accuracy and relevance in responses, only migrate data less than a year old.

By following these guidelines, an organization can ensure effective knowledge transfer to maximize SafeBase's AIQA capabilities.

If more help is needed during the migration process, don't hesitate to contact SafeBase's Customer Success team.
