Following these guidelines will ensure a seamless transition and enhance an organization's AIQA outcomes.
Content Structure: Question, Answer, Comment Format
Question: Each question should be clearly stated and designed to require either a simple confirmation or a detailed response.
Close-ended questions require yes, no, or N/A responses.
Open-ended questions invite a narrative response.
Answer:
For close-ended questions, provide straightforward yes, no, or N/A responses.
For open-ended questions, offer a detailed, narrative answer without needing additional comments.
Comment:
Close-ended: Expand on answers.
If “Yes,” elaborate; if “No,” mention compensating controls; if “N/A,” explain the non-applicability.Open-ended: No comment is needed, and the narrative answer is sufficient.
