Tag documents for better search and accessibility with tags consistent across Trust Center and Knowledge Base content. Improve organization and communication for internal and external users.

Document Pane UI/UX Updates

Based on customer feedback, we've enhanced the Document Pane UI/UX giving featured documents more visibility, with linked parent categories and lock icons indicating access permissions. Check out the video walkthrough ▢️HERE

Bulk Actions for Increased Productivity

Select multiple documents in your Trust Center, and change their type, product, and assignees with just one click!

Enhanced Slack Integration with Questionnaire Upload

Upload questionnaires directly from Slack! Activate this feature by going to SafeBase Settings > Integrations.

New Slack Commands for Productivity

Stay in Slack to access SafeBase features:

  • /safebase-help: Displays all available commands.

  • /safebase-kb-search: Searches the knowledge base.

  • /safebase-qnr-upload: Uploads security questionnaires.

Microsoft Dynamics Rules Engine [Closed Beta]

The Microsoft Dynamics MVP integration now allows auto-approval, NDA overrides, or auto-decline of accounts and contacts within the Rules Engine.
