Navigate to the Trust Center Editor -> Trust Center Settings -> scroll to the bottom left of the Appearance tab. You will see a "Trust Center Custom Footer Text" box.
Use Markdown in this box to apply a custom footer to your Trust Center. You may choose to include links and copyright information that appears on the bottom of your marketing website, or additional contact information for your company.
