Overview
It is easy to integrate other apps into your Trust Center. SafeBase currently supports embedded integrations with Google Analytics, Intercom, and HubSpot's Script Source.
Configuration
To access the Configuration Settings, navigate to the Trust Center Editor tab, then to Trust Center Settings in the top right corner.
Once there, click the Integration tab at the top.
Information on what to enter in these fields can be found by hovering over the "i" tooltip.
Note: Make sure to click Save before closing the window to ensure your changes are reflected.
Available Script Integrations
Google Analytics ID v3 (Legacy) / Google Analytics ID v4
Entering in your Google tag ID (starting with G- or UA-) enables SafeBase to feed Trust Center page metrics into Google Analytics. More information can be found here.
Intercom App ID
Entering in your Intercom App ID (or Workspace ID) allows SafeBase to display your organization's Intercom widget on your Trust Center, enabling your customers to quickly receive support and find resources directly from your Intercom workspace.
Hubspot Script
Entering in the Script ID from your Hubspot Tracking Code allows you to track visitors to your Trust Center within Hubspot. More information can be found here.
