We don't make your customers create a login and password to access SafeBase, but rather email them a magic link and keep the process simple. All they need to do is go to your public Security Portal link.

We will show you the process for how your customers will regain private access to your Security Portal after they've initially been granted access.

Once you have granted access to your private Security Portal for a user, that user can go directly to your public Security Portal link (for example security.safebase.io) and click on the "Reclaim access" button on the banner at the top of your security portal.

Instead of having to remember a unique link to the private Security Portal, they will now only have to remember the link of your public Security Portal.

Once they click on "Reclaim access", they are prompted to enter in their email address. If the email matches a user that has been granted access, they will receive a magic link in their inbox that will authenticate them to SafeBase and grant them private Security Portal access.

The user will see this message after clicking "Send me the login link" from the screenshot above.

The user will receive the below email containing the magic link to access your private Security Portal.
