Configuring Organization Member Notifications

Overview

Organization admins receive notifications for access requests, questionnaire submissions, and when an account member leaves a message.

Organizations can control the notifications sent to members. Admins can do this via the Organization member table settings, or individual members can do it in their profile settings.

All automated notification emails triggered by SafeBase will have a from address of notifications@safebase.co, unless you have already set up custom email branding. Regardless of which method you are using during this testing cycle, ensure these emails are allowed through any email security or quarantine tools to avoid delays.

Note: This does not affect notifications sent through Slack or Teams.

Admin Control of Email Notifications

Navigate to Settings > Organization Members. On the Organization Members table, there is an option on each user account to toggle notifications on/off.

Individual organization members can also control whether they receive email notifications themselves.

Navigating to your profile menu in the top-right corner and selecting "Profile & Preferences" will give you the ability to adjust your email preferences:
