Overview
Visitors can subscribe to the Trust Center to receive a Trust Center Update (TCU) from an organization via email whenever one is published (optional)
Subscribers vs Account members
Users who sign up to receive TCUs are Subscribers. They will receive notifications about new updates, but do not have full access to the Trust Center content as an account member would.
Account members can be subscribers, but subscribers do not have to be account members.

How to Subscribe
There are three separate places where a user can subscribe:
On the left side of the public-facing Trust Center, there is a bell icon, which, when clicked, gives the option to subscribe.
If the organization has published TCUs, there is a button on the TCU section.
When requesting access, there is an optional field to subscribe.
Subscription Notifications
When a user clicks subscribe, they will be required to enter their email.
The user will receive an email to confirm their subscription.
Note: Subscription and TCU notifications utilize the same custom branding as all other outbound Trust Center notifications.
Note: Clicking on "Confirm Subscription" in the above email will try to take you to your Trust Center's public facing page. If your Trust Center is not live yet, you will receive an error as there is no public page.
The user will receive a notification when a Trust Center Update is published.
Note: An Unsubscribe option is included with each notification
Subscriber Management
In the Trust Center, organizations can manage subscribers in the Subscribers tab.
Note: Subscribers will only have account information if they are account members in the Trust Center; the account field will be blank for non-members.
Key Features
Search: Use the search bar to locate subscribers by email address, account name, or date.
Sortable Columns: Click on column headers to sort the subscriber list alphabetically or by date.
CSV Export: Download the full list of subscribers as a CSV file for external analysis or record-keeping.
