AI Questionnaire Assistance Updates

New SafeBase Chrome extension available in the Chrome Web Store

With the SafeBase Chrome extension, you can provide questionnaire responses directly within your buyer’s risk management portal. We support most major portals, including Coupa, Google Forms, Microsoft Forms, OneTrust, Panorays, ProcessUnity, ServiceNow, Upguard, Whistic, ZenGRC, and ZipHQ

How AI Questionnaire Assistance works:

  • Import questionnaires to SafeBase: Import your security questionnaire from the portal and sync it to your Trust Center and Knowledge Base.

  • Search for similar responses: Using AI, SafeBase searches your Trust Center content and Knowledge Base to find previously-generated responses that match or are similar to current questions.

  • AI generates new responses: If no matching response is found, AI-powered Questionnaire Assistance generates a new, accurate response. Source information is cited with every response.

  • Review and approval: Review generated responses, make any necessary edits or additions, and approve them for use.

  • Export and respond in portals: Once responses are approved, export them directly back to the portal via the extension

Visit the Chrome store to download the extension today.

P.S. Don’t have AI Questionnaire Assistance yet? The Chrome extension also enables all team members to easily search your Knowledge Base for previously-asked buyer questions directly within their flow of work.

Feature/Functionality Updates

New Trust Center Updates access controls

You can now choose ‘private’ or ‘public’ access levels for any Trust Center Updates published to your Trust Center. This new functionality enables you to determine and allow private access to specific updates for authorized account members.

Please note: In keeping with best customer trust practices, the default access level is ‘public’. Topics can include both private and public updates.

Extended range for auto-revoke duration

If your organization receives high volumes of access requests, you can now extend your auto-revoke duration beyond 90 days to make such volume more manageable. We recommend that wherever possible, you keep your auto-revoke duration to 90 days or fewer.
