Bye bye back and forth between the Documents and Trust Center Editor windows. You can now bulk upload documents into SafeBase, then directly link documents to their respective Items from the Documents window OR use the search feature in Trust Center Editor to quickly find the documents you want displayed.
Forgot to upload something? Just use “Upload Document” within each Item to upload directly.
Pick from 3 different questionnaire comment modes - Always On, Selective, and Never
Some customers like to write comments on every questionnaire — whenever they are needed. Some never want to write comments — too much time lost. Others choose to be selective about commenting to avoid prompting follow up questions. Now you can choose when to respond…or not.
3 New Comment Modes:
Always - Want to giv e your high value customer extra care and the thorough information they need? Leave comments on every question for comprehensive answers.
Selectively - Only write comments if the answer to the question is "No", "N/A", or if the answer was copied directly from your knowledge base — extra context for specific scenarios.
Never - never returns a comment — keeps responses as short as possible
