Updated Buttons in SafeBase Knowledge Base
Adding entries to the SafeBase Knowledge Base is now more intuitive. The + icon has been renamed to +Add entries, which now combines both import and single-entry flows into one place. We also replaced the Managed sources icon with a text label to reduce confusion for new customers.
Streamline Knowledge Sharing with KB Suggestions
Knowledge Base Suggestions introduces a lightweight approval queue that captures newly written questionnaire responses before they become official KB entries.
Questionnaire contributors can propose answers directly from questionnaires.
KB editors review, accept, or dismiss entries in the KB Suggestions queue.
Accepted answers immediately become searchable, reusable Knowledge Base entries.
