AI Questionnaire Assistance Updates

We’ve added the following functionality to AI Questionnaire Assistance:


Additional supported documents for AI parsing

In addition to Trust Center content, Knowledge Base content, and uploaded PDFs, AI Questionnaire Assistance now parses information from uploaded Word/docx documents, as well as external websites. Please work with your CSM to add external URLs to or remove specific documents from your data repository.

Additional supported questionnaire formats

You can now run questionnaires in PDF and Word/Docx formats through AI Questionnaire Assistance

Auto save

Any edits to answers or comments in a processed questionnaire will now save automatically

Questionnaire collaboration

Assign subject matter experts as question owners by either individual assignee or group assignment, assign questions one at a time or in bulk, assign due dates, and notify designated question owners via email with direct links to relevant items.

Submit questionnaires from Salesforce

Revenue teams can now upload buyer security questionnaires to SafeBase directly from Salesforce using our Managed App. Please note: This feature is only accessible to Enterprise customers who have the Salesforce integration enabled.

Feature/Functionality Updates

New functionality: Knowledge Base tagging

To make Knowledge Base maintenance easier (KB), you can now add custom tags to your KB entries. Tagging enables better content organization and allows for different people within your organization to manage different categories.

Please note, tags are currently only available for your internal users; visitors to your Trust Center will not be able to search or filter your KB by tags.

New functionality: Assign owners to Knowledge Base entries

Assign subject matter experts or teammates as owners of one or multiple Knowledge Base entries.

New feature: Trust Center custom fonts

Upload custom fonts to better align your Trust Center's appearance with your brand. If your organization doesn’t have a custom font, you can select one from the SafeBase font library.

New navigation bar item: Trust Library search

Trust Library Search creates a cleaner, separate experience for your SafeBase org members to search for information that lives in both your KB and Trust Center. With this new experience, the KB module is now solely a place for managing your KB entries.

View analytics by product

If you have multiple products on your Trust Center, you can now filter your analytics dashboard to see metrics for one or multiple products. Dashboards that enable product filtering include:

  • Top metrics

  • Account activities (does not include the Account Feedback widget)

  • Engagements (does not include the Questionnaire Subscribers or Trust Center Updates widgets)

Extend Trust Center Access

Visitors can now request extended access to your Trust Center upon their access being revoked. Please note, requests for extended access can currently only be approved manually and are not handled by auto-approval rules.

Completed NDA download

Visitors to your Trust Center who have signed a clickwrap NDA in SafeBase can now download a copy of the completed NDA document.
