Trust Center - Item & Trust Center Layout Customization

SafeBase allows admins to customize the layout of cards and items in the Trust Center editor and gives the ability to add custom items

Overview

From the Trust Center Editor, SafeBase admins can customize the following:

  • Re-order Trust Center Sections

    This gives admins the ability to move the Overview, Compliance, Trusted By, Documents, etc to different areas of the Trust Center. A very common use case is separating the Overview and Compliance sections to be in rows instead of beside each other.

  • Card layout

    Allows admins to change the order of the cards. This useful if admins would like a specific card(s) to be on top, to be the first card Trust Center visitors read when landing on the Trust Center.

  • Item Order within the cards

    Like the card layout, this option allows admins to change the order of items within the cards. Especially useful if you would like to advertise and item more prominently than others for Trust Center visitors

    Items can be reordered in the Compliance, Documents, and Item cards.

  • Move items from one card to another

    Particularly useful when doing cleanup after content has already been added to the Trust Center, this feature allows admins to move an item from one card to another.

Note: The following items cannot be moved:

  • Items in the Risk Profile card

  • Items in the Security Grades card

  • The Subprocessors, Cyber Insurance, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service items in the Legal card

  • Create custom items within a card

    This option allows admins to create custom items within cards.

Note: Custom items cannot be created in the Compliance, Risk Profile, or Security Grades cards.

Re-order sections

  1. In the top right corner of the Trust Center Editor click Re-order sections

  2. The Re-order Trust Center sections modal will appear

  3. Sections can be dragged into a preferred order.

  4. By clicking the ... to the right of the section, additional options are available, including the ability to separate the Overview and Compliance sections into different rows instead of having them side by side.

  5. Click Save to save your changes

Re-order card layout

  1. In the top right of the card section, click the Re-order cards button

  2. The Re-order cards modal will appear

  3. Cards can be dragged or clicked into a preferred order.

  4. Click Save order to save your changes

Re-order items within a card

  1. In the top right of a card, click the three-dot kebab and click Re-order items

  2. The Reorder items in ... modal will appear

  3. Items can be dragged into the preferred order or moved utilizing the arrows

  4. Click Save order to save your changes

Move an item to a different card

  1. Click on card to open the card slide-in modal

  2. Click the three-dot kebab on the right and click Move item to a different card

  3. The Move item modal will appear

  4. Click the Select card name dropdown and choose a card to relocate the item to.

  5. Click submit to save changes

Add a Custom Item

  1. Click into a card and click Edit in the top right corner

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the modal and click + Add custom item

  3. Input the item information and click Save in the top right corner
