Overview

Within the Trust Center, two locations utilize brand logos automatically fetched by a third-party service: The Trusted By section and the Subprocessors item within the Legal Card.

The Trusted By section

To add logos, navigate to the Trust Center Editor, find the Reviewed and Trusted By section, click the kebab on the right, then Edit Logos

Clicking the + Add company on the right adds items, the arrows move the order, and the red minus sign will remove them.

To find a logo, simply start typing, select a logo to use, and then click Save in the upper right of the Trusted By card.

Note: If for some reason the logo does not come up in the search, a good trick is to type the entire domain, e.g. "google.com" instead of "google".

The Subprocessors Item

The Subprocessor item is located in the Legal card and pulls logos automatically, very similarly to the Trusted By section.

Click to edit the Legal card, then click the green + Add Subprocessor button. Start typing in the Search by subprocessor name or information field.

Select the preferred logo. The Purpose, Location, and Additional Details fields are optional. When done, click Add subprocessor.

To remove items from the subprocessor list, click the red trash can icon at the far right of a subproccesor row.

Reporting Incorrect or Missing Logos

SafeBase's third party of choice to pull these logos from is Brandfetch. If any logo in the Trust Center is inaccurate or missing, Brandfetch has a workflow to submit a report.

Updates to logos will be automatically reflected in the Trust Center.

Note: While the Brandfetch form doesn’t specifically mention missing logos, following the prompts and selecting “logos” as the issue will suffice.
