Trust Center Editor - Adding Custom Items

Create custom items that aren't currently included in SafeBase default items

Overview

We strive to provide customers with as many options as possible to showcase their security and trust programs. In some cases, our out-of-the-box cards and items do not include the exact item that needs to be shared.

For these situations, custom items can be created.

Creating Custom Items

There are two places within the Trust Center Editor where custom items can be added.

Documents section

In the right corner of the Documents section, click the verticle kebab icon then Edit

Scroll to the bottom of the Documents popout and click + Add custom item

A new item will be created, once the item information has been added, click save. To remove the item, click the red trashcan icon in the top right corner.

Individual Cards

Like the Documents section, custom items can be added to individual cards.

Note: Custom items cannot be created in the Compliance, Risk Profile, or Security Grades cards.

Navigate to the specific card that needs a custom item, click the verticle kebab icon then Edit

Scroll to the bottom of the Documents popout and click + Add custom item

A new item will be created, once the item information has been added, click save. To remove the item, click the red trashcan icon in the top right corner.
