Less clicks, more intuitive Questionnaire Experience - BETA
Ready for a snappier, more intuitive interface to work on questionnaires? We’re eliminating unnecessary clicks to make simple tasks faster. Edit directly in the Answer / Comment box then make adjustments to approve, add due dates, tag assignees and more in the sidebar. Apply bulk actions quickly and filter views by assignee, approved, and answer status.

Import existing answers into AI Questionnaire Assistance
Previously, when users imported questionnaires, they lost existing responses. Get ready for our new import answers capability - allowing you to keep answers already drafted. Want to start fresh? Just leave the option unchecked to exclude existing answers and comments from the import.
We’ve changed the default setting on this feature to OFF.
Note: This capability is currently for excel and csv files only.

You asked, we listened! Integrate your custom solution to SafeBase Questionnaires using our new API endpoint. Send security questionnaire files from any location to SafeBase. 🎉

View Trends with New Line Graphs in Account Activities Report
Simplify complex data into easily identifiable trends over time with our new line graphs in the Account Activity Dashboard. See how your customers rate their Trust Center Experience overall as well as its ability to provide answers to their questions within a given timeframe.
Send Questionnaire Statuses to Salesforce Activity Feed
Reduce back and forth between GTM teams and security with Questionnaire Status events that automatically populate in the Salesforce feed. Proactively update your GTM teams as a security questionnaire is completed in SafeBase.
Note: Existing customers must turn this on manually to start receiving these events in Salesforce.
Go to Settings > Integrations > Salesforce Gear Icon > ✅Questionnaire Status Changed
Map Multiple Revenue Fields for Enterprise Analytics
Need to track revenue from multiple products to see security’s impact on the bottom line?
You can now pull in multiple revenue fields from HubSpot / Salesforce, and use the sum in Enterprise Analytics dashboards. This is supported for Accounts as well as Opportunities / Deals.

HubSpot Icon now shows for linked accounts
Similar to Salesforce, you’ll now see the HubSpot icon next to account names that are synced between SafeBase and your HubSpot CRM.
