Your customers and prospects can gain access to your private documents in a few quick steps. When combined with an integrated NDA process, it will be a seamless experience for everyone involved.
It's important to share your public Trust Center link early in the sales process. Doing this will save everyone time and help you close deals faster!
The steps below will walk you through your customer's experience.
Step 1: Your customer goes to your public Trust Center page and clicks on Get access.

Step 2: Your customer adds their work email and clicks Continue.
Learn how to block non-work emails or specific email domains here.
Step 3: Your customer will then be prompted to provide additional information and will agree to your Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
NOTE: Your customer does not complete the NDA at this stage.
To view the available configurations of this form, navigate to the Trust Center Editor -> Trust Center Settings -> Functionality.
When the customer clicks Submit Request, they will see a pop-up confirming their request was sent and they can go back to the public version of the Trust Center.

Step 4: After your team gets notified and approves the request (via email and/or an integration), your customer will get an email with a one-time login link.
NOTE: The customer will not need to create a username or password.
Step 5: After your customer clicks on the Access Trust Center link in the email, they will be routed to complete the NDA.
As an example, below is what the Clickwrap NDA looks like to the customer.
Step 6: Once the customer has completed the NDA, they will now have private access to your Trust Center and be able to view and download documents, ask questions using the Conversations feature, upload a security questionnaire directly to your team, and access private Knowledge Base entries.
That's it. Your customers and prospects have just requested and received access to vital documentation in record time!
