To help your team streamline access requests, you can configure your access request settings. The process is easy and we will walk you through it below.
Note: Due to the potential high volume, requests that are completed via automatic approval options are not sent as notifications in either Slack or email.
Step by Step Instructions
Navigate to the Accounts section of the Settings tab.
Decide if you want to automatically block all Security Portal access requests from non-work emails.
Configure your approval settings and there are 3 options to choose from.
Option 1: Never
All access requests require a manual approval
Option 2: If request meets conditions
Requesters will be automatically approved and assigned to an account if request meets at least one of the following conditions. Toggle on your desired settings.
Salesforce settings require a Salesforce integration which is exclusive to Enterprise plans.
If you are using the slack integration, you have the option to decide if you want slack notifications to be sent when someone is auto-approved by SafeBase.
Option 3: Always
Requesters will be automatically approved and assigned to an account with their company name. If no account exists, requesters will be assigned to a new account. Accounts will be created with your default NDA provider.
