Overview

The Dashboard section of the Trust Center provides a detailed view of how prospects and customers interact with the SafeBase Trust Center. The article breaks down each dashboard and what it is used for.

Depending on the component of the dashboard, each has options to filter, download, or expose underlying data. (These options may be limited on specific dashboard components).

Customizing and Sharing Metrics

Within each dashboard, users can customize and share metrics as needed.

Select a Timeframe

Choose Product('s if available)

Viewing Analytics by Access Type

  • Internal - View metrics from the Admin App and Preview Mode.

  • External - View metrics from the Public Trust Center.

Adjust Chart Granularity

Share or Download Metrics

  • Web Sharing Option – Generate a public link to share metrics online.

  • Download Icon – Save a local copy of the metrics report.

  • Email Icon – Send the metrics directly via email.

Top Metrics

The Top Metrics dashboard displays a snapshot of Trust Center activity. This dashboard highlights overall engagement and usage trends over time.

Displayed metrics include:

  • Active Accounts, Access Requests, and Trust Center Views

  • Top Engaged Items and Documents

  • Click metrics

These insights provide a high-level overview of Trust Center performance and user interaction.

Note: If non-essential cookies are disabled or a cookie consent banner is enabled on the public Trust Center, ‘External’ Card Clicks metrics may not be tracked due to restricted data collection.

  • Active Accounts - An active account has at least one account member who logged into your portal during the given time period

  • Access Requests - Number of access requests received from users on the public-facing Trust Center

  • Trust Center Views - Total number of views on the Trust Center

  • Document Engagements - Total number of clicks on documents in the Trust Center

  • Top Engaged Card Items - Card items that had the most downloads and views

  • Top Engaged Documents - Specific document files within an item that get the most downloads and views

  • Card Clicks - A breakdown of clicks into each card

AI Analytics

The AI Analytics section provides a detailed overview of performance and usage metrics for SafeBase’s AI-powered Questionnaire Assistance. This dashboard highlights how effectively AI is supporting questionnaire workflows.

  • AI Accuracy – Percentage of AI-generated answers that were approved.

  • AI Completion Rate – Percentage of questions that were answered with AI.

  • AI Answers – Total number of responses generated by the AI engine.

  • Average Questions per Questionnaire – Indicates the typical size and complexity of questionnaires processed.

  • Plan Usage – Tracks consumption of AI features in relation to the current subscription plan.

  • Average Round-Trip Questionnaire Pipeline Time – Median processing time from questionnaire receipt to completion using AI.

  • Questionnaire Pipeline - The Questionnaire Pipeline displays the total number of questionnaires submitted, run, and completed within a selected timeframe.

  • Median Processing time - The median time taken to complete questionnaires within the selected timeframe, providing insight into typical response speed.

  • AI Questionnaire Runs – The number of questionnaires that were closed, opened, or reopened during a selected timeframe.

  • Questionnaire Sources – Shows the distribution of questionnaire sources during the selected timeframe.

  • Portal Types - The percentage of questionnaires received from each specific portal during the selected timeframe.

Account Activities

Recent Activity

Displays recent Trust Center metrics through interactive graphs showing account creation details (including time and method) and document engagement, such as views and downloads by account. All timestamps are in UTC.

Account Activity

Select an account from the dropdown to view engagement details, including which users accessed the Trust Center and which documents were viewed or downloaded. All timestamps are shown in UTC.

Account Feedback

View feedback shared by account members about their experience with the Trust Center. The feedback survey becomes available after reviews are marked as complete.

Engagements

The engagement dashboard shows total customer-related engagement across the Trust Center. It includes:

  • Access Requests & Approvals & Denials, including account requests that were automatically approved.

  • Time to Approve Requests and the total number of pending access requests.

  • Top Engaged Documents & Accounts, showing the highest engaged content in the Trust Center by item and account.

  • Questionnaire Submissions, including percentage metrics and a breakdown of each questionnaire submitted.

  • Subscribers & Trust Center Updates, showing new subscribers and total TCUs & Categoriews published in a given time period.

Documents (Beta)

SafeBase is currently developing a new engagement dashboard that will further enhance reporting on document interactions, including internal and external users.

Enterprise Analytics (Available with Enterprise Plans)

The Enterprise Analytics dashboard displays account and revenue data to enhance insights on how the Trust Center affects sales cycles and revenue growth.

The data in these dashboards is collected by allowing the SafeBase CRM integration to read the Customer Type, ARR Amount, and Opportunity Stage.

Revenue and Deals, Customers Served, & Trust Center Adoption

  • Revenue and Deals content breaks down total annual revenue by customer type. It granularly breaks down the Top Won & Top Open deals by individual account, matching their associated stage, value, and CRM stage.

  • Customers Served content shows questionnaire metrics for each customer type and whether or not the questionnaire was submitted.

  • Trust Center Adoption provides an advanced chart that further breaks down customer type adoption.

The Won Deals and Open Deals dashboards provide additional insight into the same data included in the Enterprise Analytics dashboard.
