Overview
By default, SafeBase's Slack notifications notify everyone in the desired channel/Direct Message using an @here mention.
Customers on paid plans (Foundation Growth, Advanced, or Enterprise plans) can optionally choose to customize the users or user groups that are notified when messages get created.
Note: We will configure this for you, please contact our live support chat ("Trust Center Configuration -> Setup Other Integration (CRM, Slack, etc)") when you are ready to enable this feature. Once we gather a few details, we'll direct you to create a ticket.
