Overview

Each Trust Center Item has three access level options: Public, Restricted, and Restricted Hidden, which can be configured in the Trust Center Editor.

Public Access

Items marked as Public will be available to anyone who visits the public Trust Center.

Restricted Access

Items marked as Restricted are gated behind an access request. Only users who have been approved via the access request flow and who have signed a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) can access Restricted items.

Restricted Hidden Access

Items marked as Restricted Hidden will not appear in the Trust Center and can only be viewed by users assigned to a specific permission profile.

A reason to set an Item as Restricted Hidden may be that it is only relevant for accounts that meet specific criteria, such as industry (e.g., healthcare), customer segment, geo, and more.

Note: To share a document with Restricted Hidden access, a permission profile needs to be created, and the document needs to be assigned to that permission profile.
