Overview
SafeBase allows organizations to control what visitors, prospects, and customers see when they visit a Trust Center's public URL.
To modify these settings, navigate to the Trust Center Editor > Trust Center Settings (top right corner) > Functionality tab, the settings are on the bottom right.
Please remember to click Save after modifying the settings.
Access Levels
There are three Public Access Levels that can be applied to the Trust Center.
None
Lowest visibility mode - requires access to view both the card descriptions and documents.
Public Items
It shows both descriptions and documents for all “public” items while requiring access to view both descriptions and documents for “restricted” items.
This solves for the desire to provide a description for an item, but only shows that description to accounts that have permission to access the content.
Public Items and Details
The highest visibility mode shows the description and documents for all “public” items and descriptions for all “restricted” items.
Permission is still required to view documents for “restricted” items. The visibility behavior of the item will depend on how access is configured on both the item and organization levels.
