First, select which NDA format to use. These help articles walk through how to configure each option:

Select Default NDA Provider
Once the NDA is set up, select the desired NDA provider from the Default NDA Provider dropdown list:
Configure other NDA settings:
Allow No NDA
Toggle this setting on if you want to have the option to allow certain accounts to not require an NDA to access your private Trust Center.
In this case, signing an NDA will be bypassed when a new account is granted access to SafeBase.
Allow Signed Outside SafeBase
Toggle this setting on if some accounts will sign their NDA outside of SafeBase.
In this case, signing an NDA will be bypassed when a new account is granted access to SafeBase.
Note: If you turn on one or both of these settings, the value will show up as an option for the NDA section when approving a new account. Further, by toggling on one or both of these, any existing NDA or account's NDA setting will not be overridden.
Make sure to click Save when you are done.
