Overview
SafeBase's Account Feedback Email Survey enables account members to leave feedback about an organization's Trust Center. The corresponding Account Feedback Dashboard allows organization members to view what account members shared about their experiences using the Trust Center in a centralized location.
The Account Feedback Email
Account members receive the feedback survey via email after marking their Trust Center Review as Complete or 7 days after their initial access to the Trust Center.

The Account Feedback Dashboard
The Account Feedback Dashboard allows organizations to:
Have quantitative measures on how their buyers' perceive their TC experience
Identify areas that they need to improve on (often, which type of content is missing) or receive positive feedback
Proactively reach out to the participants to provide additional info and/or improve their Trust Center content
This also allows SafeBase to understand areas we can improve on
Although the survey was specifically worded to illicit areas of improvement for the org (i.e., what content was available), some users do leave feedback about the product as a whole.
We will continue to monitor the feedback internally as a way to source areas of improvement.
Navigation
The Account Feedback information is located in Account Activities. Navigate to the Dashboard tab, then Account Activities
Scroll down to view the Account Feedback section. The default view is All Accounts, to view feedback from a specific account, please use the Account dropdown.
Notes: To adjust for date ranges, use the Time Period filter at the top of the page.
