AI Questionnaire Assistance Updates

We’ve added the following functionality to AI Questionnaire Assistance:

Questionnaire group assignment

Assign a curated group to a question or questionnaire. Each member of the group is notified of their assignment.

Auto-select questionnaire columns

When uploading a new questionnaire to SafeBase, AI Questionnaire Assistance now automatically determines which columns are ‘question’, ‘answer’, and ‘comment’. If there aren’t any column names or headers in the source document, we’ll attempt to identify only the question column.

Slackbot questionnaire assignment notifications

When folks are assigned a question, multiple questions, or a full questionnaire, they’ll receive a notification DM via Slack.

Questionnaire due dates on assignment notifications

The answer due date now shows on the notification email received by question/questionnaire assignees.

CSV export for Word and PDF questionnaires

Export completed Word and PDF questionnaires as CSV files, including question, answer, and comment columns. You can download CSV versions from either the central questionnaires table or from within the questionnaire itself.

Bulk assign question due dates

When assigning questions to individuals or groups, you can now set due dates in bulk.
