New Trust Center Content

New ESG card

We’ve added an Environment, Social, Governance (ESG) card to our growing library of Trust Center compliance items. The ESG card helps mitigate the need for ESG-related questions and offers 15 different items, including anti-bribery and corruption, anti-competitive practices, carbon neutrality, emissions management, code of ethics, and more.

New compliance badges

We’ve added the following compliance badges to our growing library of Trust Center compliance items:

  • Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act (CALEA)

  • Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health (HITECH)

  • Children's Online Privacy Protection Rule (COPPA)

  • Cloud Security Guidance (CSG)

  • Microsoft Gold Certified Partner

New Enterprise Analytics dashboards

We’ve introduced two new Enterprise Analytics dashboards – ‘Won Deals’ and ‘Open Deals’ – to help you gain insight into how your Security team contributed to closed-won deals and identify which open opportunities your team should focus on in the future. Currently, you can filter by date range, deal stage, and company, with additional filters being added over time. Please note, this feature is only available for Enterprise customers who use our Enterprise Analytics capability and have the Salesforce integration enabled.

AI Questionnaire Assistance Updates

New AI Questionnaire Assistance filters

As part of our ongoing enhancement of our brand new AI Questionnaire Assistance capability, we now support the following filters so you can quickly review certain types of questions and answers:

  • Confidence: Filter by confidence level from high to low

  • Approval status: Filter by current approval status – needs review, approved, or auto-approved

  • Answer status: Filter by current answer status – copied from Knowledge Base, edited, AI-generated, incomplete, replaced, or suggested

Feature/Functionality Updates

Vendor addendum list

To enable a more complete list of available vendors in the ‘Subprocessor’ and ‘Trusted By’ sections of your Trust Center, we now support and maintain an ‘Addendum List’ of vendors. When a vendor is not available, we can add them to the Addendum List, giving you more options to choose from. To add a vendor to the Addendum List, you can either work with your CSM or directly submit a request through our feature request process, documented here.

Subprocessors purpose column

We’ve added a ‘Purpose’ column to the Subprocessors section of the Legal card. Now, you have a dedicated space through which you can ensure you’re providing all necessary details about your subprocessors.

View completed questionnaire entries in KB

As an org admin, when you complete a questionnaire and add new entries to your Knowledge Base (KB), you can now easily keep track of the number of new entries and quickly access them to make any necessary changes directly within your KB. As a result, you gain greater visibility into your efforts to maintain your KB and can leverage these efforts in future security reviews.

Custom auto-decline messages

For Enterprise customers with automatic access denial rules configured, you can create custom decline messages to provide additional context to your Trust Center viewers whose access request was automatically declined. To use this feature, please reach out to your CSM to get you set up.
