SafeBase User Management & Permissions
Enterprise teams using SCIM can now manage SafeBase access more granularly. Previously, the Settings View and Settings Edit permissions were too broad for organizations that wanted to let teams use SCIM groups to centrally manage access without managing roles for each individual user.
What's New
New User Management View and User Management Edit permissions control access to the User Management tab in Settings.
The redesigned Settings page supports more granular administrator permissions.
A new None role lets customers using groups make the group role the only role applied to a user.
None can be used like any other user role, including as the default role for organizations using SCIM.
Bulk role assignment is now available from Settings > User Management > Roles. Select a role and open the Assignments tab to assign it to multiple users at once.

Send Completed Questionnaires to Salesforce
Customers can now send completed questionnaire files directly to the linked Salesforce account, helping close the handoff gap between SafeBase users completing the work and the sales or solutions teams who often need to send the final file back to the customer.
A Share button now appears on completed questionnaires so teams can resend the file after making changes. The feature can be enabled in Settings under Questionnaires and only appears when Salesforce is connected. Share is disabled if the questionnaire’s account is not linked to a Salesforce account. Portal questionnaires are not supported, and Salesforce is the only supported destination at launch.
Trust Center Point of Contact Validation
Customers can now optionally require the Point of Contact email to match one of their organization’s email domains, helping keep the field accurate and more useful for follow-up. If the email does not match, the requester sees a validation error.
This setting is off by default and can be enabled in Trust Center Settings under Functionality for the Point of Contact field. We also updated access request notifications so custom fields, including Point of Contact, are included across email, Slack, and Teams.
Clearer AI Accuracy Labeling
We have updated the “AI Accuracy” label to “AI Accuracy (Approved Without Edits)” on the “AI Analytics” dashboard to help customers better understand the metric.
