AI-Assisted Trust Center Setup
For customers with an unpublished Trust Center, AI-Assisted Trust Center Setup automatically analyzes uploaded documents, knowledge base content, and synced evidence to generate Trust Center content in minutes, helping customers achieve faster time to value.
Why It Matters
Faster time to value: Customers can move from a days-long writing process to a much faster review workflow. One of the longest steps in publishing a Trust Center is now significantly faster.
Scales onboarding and drives activation: With recommended cards and automatic drafting, teams can now focus on higher-value activation work instead of manual content creation.
Notes
This feature is rolling out to customers with an unpublished Trust Center, and can be run per product.
Generative AI must be enabled to use this feature.

Generally Available: Questionnaire Lifecycle Management and Ready for Review
SafeBase Questionnaires now include status-based lifecycle views and a formal Ready for Review state to make ownership, progress, and handoffs much clearer.
Why It Matters
Less digging: My Questionnaires gives each user a view of only the questionnaires and questions assigned to them.
Better visibility: Teams can see questionnaires grouped by status, with counts and overdue work surfaced automatically.
Clearer handoffs: Ready for Review now exists at both the questionnaire and question level, creating a real review stage between editing and completion.
What's New
My Questionnaires, a personalized view of assigned work.
All Questionnaires by Status, which groups the table by lifecycle stage and surfaces summary counts.
Ready for Review as a formal questionnaire-level and question-level status.
Notes
The new lifecycle view must be enabled before it appears.
My Questions only include questionnaires that are In Progress or Ready For Review.
Generally Available: Answer History Log in Questionnaires
Answer History Log gives teams a chronological, append-only record of meaningful edits made to questionnaire answers.
What's New
A new History tab is available in the questionnaire side panel for answered question rows.
The edit log is append-only, and restores are recorded as new events rather than overwriting the past.
Notes
This feature is generally available for customers with paid AIQA.
History starts at GA, so older questionnaire activity from before release is not backfilled into the History tab.
