AI-Powered Trust Item Descriptions
AI-Powered Trust Item Descriptions are now available to all customers. This feature helps you quickly draft Trust Item descriptions using the documentation and knowledge already stored in your Trust Library, so you can focus on reviewing and refining instead of starting from scratch.
What’s New
One-click generation: Select “Generate suggestion” on any supported Trust Item to create a draft description based on your existing Documents and Knowledge Base entries.
Smart document linking: Automatically receive recommendations for 3–5 relevant documents to link alongside each description.
Full control before publishing: Preview all generated content before applying it. You can accept, edit, or reject suggestions with no risk to your existing content.
Product-aware generation: For multi-product Trust Centers, descriptions are generated using only the content relevant to the selected product.
Important Notes
GenAI must be enabled: This feature requires the GenAI setting to be turned on in your organization settings.
Trust Library content impacts quality: The more complete your uploaded security documentation and knowledge base entries, the more accurate and helpful the generated descriptions will be.
Supported Trust Items only: Generation is currently available for most standard Trust Items. Some special items (such as subprocessors tables and certain risk profile items) are not supported. Custom items are not supported at this time. If an item has been renamed or significantly repurposed, you may see a warning that the generated description may not match your intended use.
One item at a time: Descriptions are generated individually for each Trust Item. Broader generation capabilities are planned for a future release.

Download Questionnaires in the Original File Format
You can now return completed questionnaires in their original file format, including Word and PDF, fully preserving the original layout and structure. This removes the need for manual reformatting and helps ensure responses are accepted without rework.
