To begin, select which NDA format to use.

Select Default NDA Provider
Once the NDA is set up, select the desired NDA provider from the Default NDA Provider dropdown list.
Configure other NDA settings:
Allow No NDA
Toggle this setting to have the option to allow certain accounts to not require an NDA to access the Trust Center.
Signing an NDA will be bypassed when a new account is granted access
Allow Signed Outside SafeBase
Toggle this setting if an account will sign their NDA outside of SafeBase.
Signing an NDA will be bypassed when a new account is granted access.
Note: If one or both of these settings are turned on, the value will show up as an option for the NDA section when approving a new account. Further, by toggling on one or both of these, any existing NDA or account's NDA setting will not be overridden.
