Jira integration migration
SafeBase has moved to Tray as our integration platform. As this migration requires authorizing Tray, it is necessary to re-set your Jira integration. Within Settings > Integration you will see Jira (legacy) and Jira. Simply 'configure' Jira and you're all set.
New Trust Center Content
Add SBOM (Software Bill of Material) to App Security card
You can now add SBOM to your 'App Security' card. As SBOM emerges as a key building block in software security, we are excited about this functionality, and cannot wait to further enhance in the future (including plans to automatically fetch details).

Statuspage in Trust Center
Connect directly to your Statuspage within the Trust Center (found under 'Status Monitoring' in 'Infrastructure' card). To flag - only paid plans can use this integration.Once connected, you will see system status displayed, which updates every time the Trust Center is loaded. Checkout SafeBase's own integration here.
Native PDF view
Your prospects and customers can now view documents directly in-app! By default, each doc will have two options - 'View' or 'Download', giving even more control to how your stakeholders interact with your Trust Center.
Want to customize these settings? Maybe only allow viewing? Head over to Settings tab > Document Settings > PDF Documents to make changes. Or check out this help article to learn more.

Customize Slack mentions and tagging
Configure custom mentions for Slack notifications from certain events, for example - access request, file downloaded, new subscriber, etc. Want @channel to be notified? Just @here? Or maybe a specific person or group (such as the sales group)? Now you can!This feature is only for our paid plans. To get started, please respond to this email, or reach out to your CSM. Expiration date and automatic alerts
Wish you could indicate when a document expires, and get notified as this date approaches? As our top requested feature - we are thrilled to announce now you can!
For most docs, you can select an 'expiration date' which will display internally. As this date approaches - admins will get an 'expiration alert' email 30, 7, and on the day of expiration. Talk about making it easy to keep your Trust Center up to date.'Expiration date' is available on all plans, while 'expiration alerts' is a feature for our paid plans. Learn more here.
Webhooks: New Events added
New events have been added, beyond the previously launched events (past events include access request, doc downloaded, etc.). These new events include: access request needing manual approval, access request blocked, access requested, org member added, org member suspended, questionnaire submitted, and *Trust Center viewed.*Now growth and enterprise customers can further enhance custom workflows based on these SafeBase activities. Point of Contact added to Request Access Submission
Admins can now toggle on to collect Point of Contact for those requesting access to their Trust Center. Collecting this email will help you and your team quickly determine if this request is legit and who is the best to follow-up with, if needed. To get started: navigate to 'Trust Center Settings' (click gear emoji at top right of Trust Center Editor tab) > 'Functionality' > 'Point of Contact'.
Complete review flow and tracking
Now you can track review status for each account! This gives you a snapshot, directly on your Accounts table, into where each account is in the assessment process - either 'not started', 'in progress', 'completed', 'inactive', or 'other'. How exactly is this info determined? Seven days after first logging in, account members will get an email asking if they have completed the review. From this, you and your team will have visibility into the process - helping you to follow-up accordingly. Have questions? Help article here.
Single use access link
To further improve your Trust Center security - the access links sent to account members (those approved of accessing your Trust Center) will be single use and expire in 24 hours. In short, this will prevent someone from forwarding an access link. Added security ✓. Learn more about our magic link in this help article.
